  1. Can I ship a gift box international?
    1. Currently we are only shipping within the 50 continental United States.
  2. How are the gift box packaged?
    1. The gift box is packed in a reusable Styrofoam cooler with dry ice. The cooler is placed in a cardboard box for protection during shipment.
  3. Do I need to be home to receive the package?
    1. No, the package will be delivered by FedEx and no signature is required.   However, we do ask that prior to shipping that the recipient will be home sometime during the day to retrieve the package.   If the recipient is on a vacation, we ask that you verify the recipient expected return date to being home prior to shipment.              
  4. What if I don’t know the correct zip code?
    1. Please call 1-800-ask –USPS to verify the current zip code.   We are not responsible for incorrect or bad address.   Please also let us know if FedEx requires any special instruction for deliveries for recipients in Lofts or Apartment buildings.
  5. Is there a live person that I can contact if I have question?
    1. Yes, our phone number is 800-949-6328 please ask for the gift box representative or send an e-mail to customer.service@pfgsteaks.com.
  6. What is the turn around time when an order is placed?
    1. Depending on the time and day, that the order is placed it will be one to two days. Please see the shipping information tab.
  7. Can I send a personal card with the gift box?
    1. Yes, simply mail the personal card to us and we will be glad to insert the card into the package.   If you would like we can create a basic card on your behalf.
  8. I work for a company and would like to send a gift box to each of my clients, what is the easiest way for me to do this?
    1. You can fax or email the list of names and correct address with your contact information and we will contact you to work out the arrangements
  9. Will I receive verification that the packaged was delivered?
    1. If you provide an email address, we will be glad to provide you with a FedEx tracking number.   The tracking number can be used to verify delivery by going to the FedEx.com website.
  10. Can I purchase gift boxes in advance for holidays or special occasions to arrive in time?
    1. Yes, simply let us know what day you would like the package to arrive.   Please note that there is an extra charge for deliveries on Saturday.   In addition, we do not deliver on Monday.
