Satisfaction Guarantee

If you or any of your recipients are not delighted with your product, we will promptly replace it, exchange it for another product, or issue a full refund 
 

Packaging

Each of our products are individually shrink wrapped and gifted boxed. They are then shipped in a reusable styrene cooler, with plenty of dry ice to ensure safe arrival. 
 

Shipping Options & Cost 

When you place your order you will have the option to select your date for delivery based on availability.

As you finalize your order and select your delivery date the shipping and handling charge will be added to your cart. The rates are listed below. 

Standard Delivery 

Your order will arrive in 2-3 business days.  Any orders placed after 10 a.m. on Wednesday will arrive the following week. 

Overnight Delivery 

Place your order before 10 a.m. Central Time weekdays and your order will arrive by the next business afternoon. Overnight Delivery is available when you place your order Monday through Thursday for delivery Tuesday through Friday. There is an additional $20.00 charge for this service. If ordering packages for multiple shipping addresses there is one shipping charge per address. 
 

Shipping Dates
Your browser may not support display of this image. For orders received with no special date request, they will be processed for immediate ship. We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays to allow the packages to arrive during the same week. Saturday, Sunday and Mondays are not available delivery dates.
 

Addresses

We can not be responsible for wrong addresses so please check your order for accuracy. The customer will be responsible for any additional reshipment charges due to an incorrect address. Due to the perishable nature of our product we can not ship to a P.O. box, APO, or FPO addresses. Please include a daytime and evening phone number so we may contact you if needed to expedite your order.

If you are ordering a package to be shipped to someone other than yourself please confirm that someone will be there to either accept or retrieve the package left at the door. We are not responsible for items that are spoiled due to product being out of refrigeration due to no one being at the shipping address to receive the package.
